I have been using magicApp for more than a year now and really enjoy using it as my second line. But for three months now I find it very difficult to make calls or send text with it, it keeps closing anytime I open it, it closes within 3 seconds when I open it. Please what can I do to rectify this issue because I love using magicApp.
Hey Mj please do a update on your app I get a notification for a text when I go to read it ITS GONE WHY WHY ARE TEXT DISAPPEARING I WRITE A TEXT SEND IT AND ITS INCOMPLETE TO WHAT I WRITE
If you have magicJack service, this app provides a tiny little bit of functionality for your cell phone. It’s better than not having it, as it does allow for extremely primitive texting (no images, limited characters, no search capacity), sending and receiving calls from your cell, and voicemail access. I do like that it allows me to keep my magicApp contacts separate from my general cell phone contacts, if I want. I don’t like that it doesn’t badge the app unless the app is foregrounded. It should at least badge the app when it’s backgrounded, if not also when it’s closed. Also, it takes forever to sync with the signals being sent out via my cordless phone. I can delete a voice message on one, and the other will keep telling me I still have a message for hours.
The app has served us well after our other service announced that they were closing, however, it would be nice if the app worked with carplay and didn't randomly force me to resign in making it harder for people to contact us. It's good but could be better.
Please, I have been trying to sign into the app. It’s not letting me in or sign up to make a payment. Support kindly respond to this. I need a phone number. Thank you.
I do have a problem how do I receive calls from Costa Rica
I was at the hospital with my son and I couldn't make a call on my cell network , but since magic use the WiFi I could make calls when me and my son needed the most . SO THANK YOU SERIOUSLY 🩷🩷🩷
It is very good and very good prices but it is not available in ant country it is just available in the US.
Needs a little bit of a user-friendly interface. Currently, it is very confusing to know the buttons are real, where the physical boundaries are from a visual perspective. It feels like it was built in a rush and does not have the polish that you would expect.
