Extremely disappointing

This app is extremely disappointing and feels like a complete scam. First, upon opening the app, I was immediately asked to log in and grant photo permissions, which is fine. However, the next step forced me to pay for a monthly subscription. Without paying, I couldn’t access anything—not even a preview of the app’s functionality. It was just a blank screen with two buttons. Trusting the high ratings and the developer’s reputation, I reluctantly paid the fee, only to find out how misleading the app really is. After paying, the interface turned out to be overly simple. It lets you select photos or videos from your library, name your project, and optionally add background music. But here’s the catch: the app uploads all your media to their servers for processing. It’s not a real app—it’s essentially just a webpage wrapped in an app shell. All it does is uploading your media files to the cloud, making the process painfully slow. I waited over 20 minutes, and my files were still not fully uploaded. I was expecting a local app with real functionality, not a glorified browser with zero offline capabilities. The lack of transparency is infuriating—no trial, no explanation of how the app works before paying. Apps like this rely on misleading ratings to trick users into paying for what amounts to a poorly optimized online tool. There are countless free or cheaper web services that offer better performance and flexibility. This app is a waste of time and money. I feel completely deceived and disappointed. Avoid it. Period.

I got this app for free trail but they take my money Without promotion and Apple support them I don’t know why

Highly recommended, dont download this app, no free trial, took my money. Not really worth when they say its Ai, i can make better video manually.

It just works!

So many applications don’t, but this one does. Simply and effectively. Recommended! Update: 2024 many features not working now. Won’t download videos, can’t upload into YouTube, glitchy and crashing. Shame, it used to be a great app.

Can you please fix whatever bug is causing the app to crash close every time I click on it to open it. Thank you!

Unfortunately by errors

I’ve used Magisto (pro version) for years and loved it, but over the last couple of months, something has changed, and it’s become unworkable. It now won’t put photos or videos in chronological order, the automatic editing is terrible (misses videos, the parts of videos it chooses to include is a poor choice) and often has processing errors and won’t make the video at all. I’ve spoke to support several times, and none of those issues have been able to be resolved. Unfortunately deleting and looking for a new app.

Not happy

Just paid my subscription and it keeps coming up error and won’t produce video I want my money back
