The letters came in backwards! Paid for something that doesn’t even work correctly!

I'm using my iPad Air 2 with iOS 9.1 and the app opens but will not load please look into the issue

아이가 무척 좋아합니다. 자석칠판과 같은 개념으로 된 어플인데, 자석 느낌을 잘 표현 했습니다. 영어가 기본언어로 설정되어 있고, 프랑스, 한글까지 지원이 됩니다. 다만, 좀 아쉬운 점이라면, 글자를 고르는 아이콘이 작아서 불편합니다. 이부분은 개인적인 의견으로는 자판 크기를 좀 더 크게 해주시고, 슬라이드 제스처를 사용하면 좌에서 우, 우에서 좌로 자판들이 움직여서 빠른 검색과 선택을 할 수 있게 해주고 글자를 선택할 때, 좀 더 편하지 않을까란 생각입니다. 아니면, 화면 하단 좌 또는 우측에 자판모양의 아이콘만 하나를 두고선, 이걸 클릭하면, iOS에서 제공하는 자판이 호출되고 거기서 원하는 글자를 치면 화면에 떨구어지는 연출을 하는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다.

Thank you for working so quickly to fix the big. Now we are back in business my first graders and I! The picture graphics in the background are distracting- we stick with the white screen so PLEASE keep that option as you continue to upgrade. My school will have an Apple site visit tomorrow and with this fix you will make the cut. When visiting teachers see me using this app they can't wait to get their hands on it!

Very good app. Beautiful letters almost float on the screen. I would give it 5 stars IF it had a better lower case a ( it's currently the "funky" a, and it's not scaled correctly - too big!). Would also love to see options for changing the background color. Would exceed all my dreams if you could shake it to mix up the letters.
