You can see reviews from other clients, photos and videos of before and afters, and other details about each of the maids including proximity to you. One tap and you’re messaging them via the in-app chat. Definitely the best app for finding a cleaner!

No one showed up, no response to my messages. Terrible especially since you can’t even leave reviews for these people. I am not sure why Maid hasn’t got this built in, it will definitely deter experiences like this.

It’s not possible to leave a review for a cleaner unless they send you a request, this means there won’t be negative reviews! Messaged support and have had no response in 10 days because a cleaner changed the bed, did nothing else and took the money which was left! There is a supply of cleaners but very unsure about security and concerned of no app replies

Can not register, what’s the point?

Tried making an account several times, i get a blank page after i create my password, app isn’t working

I tried to use the app again, but the home screen freezes asking for authorization for notifications. It freezes and I can't follow or go back.

Amazing

Tired to book for a weekly clean. Searched and messaged about 7 people of which one replied and rest were just unresponsive. Booked a time with that one person and set aside all my plans and no one shows up. If only i could rate this app and negative. App store should remove this app asap!

Had a job by 9:00 am today, got to the location, needed to call client to locate her flat. Tried to log in to the app and it kept saying user pool does not exist. This is an app, that I got the job from. Client will think I cancelled on her. Meanwhile that’s not the case.

The cleaner didn’t show up, I reached out to her and got no answer. Contacted the app support and got no answer. You have to provide your address and phone number for the booking, so you end up giving out personal details to someone that didn’t even bothered to cancel. No chances to leave reviews. Absolutely awful, don’t waste your time
