There’s no option to create an account. Automatically goes to sign in, which I don’t have. Kinda useless if you can’t get past step #1.

This is the first time I’ve ever seen and downloaded this app, I wanted to use it for the business I’m starting, and I was expecting to create an account but instead I’m greeted with “WELCOME BACK” and the login requirements, yet I haven’t even put any information in to creat that information, so now I’m putting in my business email and password and I’m getting and invalid read, I already don’t like this app and who knows, it could have been a great tool for my business…. Guess I’ll never know 🤷🏽‍♀️

Nowhere in the description does it say this will cost you money. Then you download the app and it’s $19 per month!! What a rip off

I will change my review once someone can tell me why (or help me fix it) when I first downloaded the app, it’s asking for my former user and password. I’ve never used the app, therefore I don’t have either. Anyone?

I just installed the darn thing and was intrigued to see what it was all about…much to my surprise IT NEW ME😳…”welcome back!” Please sign in with user name (email) and password…. Wth…never used this app before in my life so how can I be welcomed “back”…but for curiosity purposes of course I tried to recover my password by submitting my email…not a darn thing in my inbox from developers/app in regards to a password recovery/reset…what a joke. I’ll pass. Thanks

Easy to use and customize. Give you great direction I didn’t even know to look before using. Highly recommend for cleaning businesses.

As other user mentioned, the app became unusable, it continuously crashes every time try to put a quote. Please fix it ASAP.

This app crashes every time I’m trying to put a quote in for cleaning. This makes my company look very unorganized. Please fix this. For $20 a month and the app is not working, you should refund your customers

When I first started my cleaning business 5 years ago I used the app from Cleaning Acadademy. Paid a one time fee used it for years no problems. I loved this app. This app was my business partner and made my cleaning business function with ease. I was ready at any moment to put a cleaning quote together and email it to the customer. This was a work smarter not harder tool that I couldn’t live without. My business shut down during the pandemic and I’m reopening my business and didn’t have the app on my new phone. Went to the website and it is now $20/month which is fine if the app was fully functional, but you can’t email the customers where you could before, in my opinion this is a key feature and there really isn’t much that has changed other than the look of the app and the name so paying $20/month for an app that doesn’t have full functionality and is less functional than the previous app for a one time fee is not something I’m interested in paying for long term, I will be looking for a new app.

Previously we were able to send estimate to an email. I have only found that when using website I can share a link to the web page which then gives access to entire account? At least the ability for changes to be made by receiver. When using app I have not found a way to share an estimate with a client. For me this is key for a five star rating. Anyone can do the math. They platform really made giving an accurate estimate quick and easy. To be able to show how I came to the final cost is the most important part. Otherwise I could just use a scrap piece of paper if I am simply sharing a number. I hope there is a fix to this soon. Or maybe I am just missing something?
