Impossible to get hold of them. They block your WhatsApp and their phone number tells you to use this app. Which then directs you WhatsApp where you cannot send them messages. They will avoid trying to help with anything at all costs - even though being assisted is the whole point of using an agency. Also, they break the law by not paying their maids full salary, not explaining deductions and refusing to provide payslip.

As expats we found a wonderful maid with them a year ago, but Maid.cc are so unprofessional! *they don’t answer phone calls- the lines ask you to use WhatsApp *they try to deduct payments for the same services more than once without explanation *their WhatsApp personnel are not informed to answer client questions about the account *this app does not provide you with agreement, payment history and health insurance information *the 2 year visa for my maid I paid for runs out 1 year 5 months after the start of work This is my second week trying to get answers from them- no luck. I do not recommend.

They come same day but not ready they dont hv phone number working so far 3 of them their phone is not working they said they so have support team they didn’t help her . What u expect me to pay her new phone number she said she has no money all these 3 every time coming her phone call not working . Also the maid doesn’t know 3 of them basics of cleanings and cooking written she knows cooking but she doesnt with all days she is waiting in the accomdation what she is doing? Why no training she is cleaning everywhere with same tool No at least to know toilets has its own thing , not hygienist enough smelly even not knowing the personal hygiene all cleaning toilets and then go to make food how come?? Why no trainings ? And smells bad after cooking or cleaning not going to shower??? Plz train them before they join ppl houses

It is so frustrating that the if you need their support for urgent matter there is no one to call. Customer Service in WhatsApp seems like they do know anything. They triple deduct my maids health insurance renewal and when I complain there is no answer when I ask for help no answer so disappointing 😩

I hired a maid in just 5 minutes

Really high expenses that makes you wonder what kind of made you are going to get in your house and then you get shocked that the maid has just arrived to the country not trained at all thinking that she will only sleep and eat and work five hours a day. There are many more companies out there with better quality of Maids and better services for the price we pay.

Worst customer service in Dubai. Late to reply, no clear messages, they don’t inform you of the progress of the visa. You have to call them the whole time to follow up ; they cancelled my apportion without informing me because there was an issue with the app that couldn’t capture the bank signature even though it was submitted 3 times! They don’t have the basic payment link that the most basic onlne services should have. I dont recommend at all

Not the greatest customer experience on the app not site. The lady’s info doesn’t appear anywhere, so you’re forced to call or whatsapp the company to get more info. A total waste of time as opposed to having all the info readily available like the previous site/app version!
