I was looking for Ai-based app to have language practice.., but this one id far below my expectations. Simple chat-gpt voice mode is far more convenient

I can’t speak for all languages, but in the one I selected, the app was completely unusable. It kept crashing, features didn’t work as promised, and the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. What made it worse was the customer service. Despite the app being faulty, they refused to refund my money or take any responsibility. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such dismissive and unhelpful support. Save yourself the headache — this app is not what it claims to be. Don’t fall for it!

In conversations with AI, their ability to understand what I say is very poor. I am not quite fluent in French, but can express my thoughts well, and have gotten by well in France and have been understood. Two advanced level AI tutors have failed miserably to understand me. The only plus is that I can understand them, even in sped-up mode. Very disappointing.

Useless my advice to not download it ever

Useless. You sign up and in the small print is an auto renew. No emails sent prior to the renewal date. The app was so bad that I didn’t even remember it until the renewal came through. Customer support is a bit with platitudes and nothing else. If I could give the whole thing less than one star I would. Scam for the money side and useless ai for the learning

It seems like it could be a great app. But as of now, there are a ton of technical issues… the AI robot repeats the same reply over and over again. One time, it wasn’t even responding anything at all just completely blank responses. Sometimes I can’t get it to play the audio. They have a lot of work to do, to make this app worthwhile… So my opinion as of now, is don’t waste your time or your money. Hopefully they will continue to work on and improve the app, maybe then it would be worth it.
