It was fine at first, slow but worked. Now it doesn’t even let me login. Can’t even make payments. The same error over and over. I suspect it’s a server problem because everything goes wrong when it’s the OTP. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

Cannot even log in and make payment. How do we pay our debts if we cannot use the app because this app is frustrating. The next thing debt collectors are calling you while they forgeting that we cannot even make payment because of the app 🤞🏾🤞🏾It is bad. May you please look for qualified IT technicians to fix the app we cannot live like this .

Makro credit card app is always a mission. It never works, especially when you need to make payments. Ridiculous how hard they make it just so you can pay them money. App been like this for more than a year.

Half the time I can’t log in. Doesn’t even utilize biometrics for ease of logging in.

You have made life easy for us. I can make my payments easy at the comfort of my home and even shop online on the Makro App and have my goods delivered at my place.

I think it will be beneficial to have an option to save your card details at the moment each time one makes payment you have to manually enter your card details.

I’m struggling to login, it keeps saying “Error” when I try to and won’t let me reset my password. Pls help

It is so easy for me to pay via this app, the money reflects same day. You can loan cash from the app and within hours with no paperwork money in your bank account. You can view deals from Makro from the app too. Very convenient 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Downloaded the app and I’ve tried to register but after filling in my details and clicking submit it crashes and just goes blank. This has happened multiple times. I still don’t have a registered account :/
