I have updated latest versions on my phone. It loads halfway and wait endlessly. App does not open. Facing same issue in last two versions.

This app logs you out Every.Single.Time then on top of that it won’t accept the OTP that they send you and says it’s incorrect. Worst app I have ever attempted to use ever. Don’t do it, you will waste hours of your life and be miserable if you don’t load this app

Hi, I can’t seem to sign into the app. When I register, it says that my account already exists and then I’m taken to the sign in page. When I try to sign in, it says incorrect email or password. When I say Forgot password, I don’t get an email with instructions to change it. So basically I’m stuck. Please help me log in.

The app as it stands is not user friendly. One is directed to the website in order to make a purchase. Can I suggest that the app be all inclusive, convenient and user friendly where we can get the latest catalogues and specials also with the option of shopping on the app instead of shopping online

The login doesn’t allow for tapping the passwords button and automatically populating my credentials. After manually typing it in, I can login and I get prompted to ask if I want to use biometric login. I accept but on the next login it keeps failing because it only kept my username but not password. So I have to keep typing my password in manually even with biometric login. The app itself is ok with the best feature being that the card is embedded so we don’t need the physical plastic anymore

Here it is for all of us that battled with registering because they made it so difficult to input your date of birth. It’s YEAR-MONTH-DAY

Oh my word when the developer can’t even provide the format. Absolute beginners mistake for a customer interactive application. Shame shame shame

I could not add date of birth to register. It is not accepting any formate. And also not mentioned that what format it will accept. Bad experience from very start

I’m struggling to register, the format for date of birth is not showing so I can’t go to the next page of registration.
