It’s been a struggle to be able to view my refund or confirm if I will even be getting it through this app even though items paid for were out of stock… improvement needed on either removing items not in stock Upfront or a visible refund process

It always has items out of stock and they refund the money back to the account which an international account cannot receive. It will be better to check the stock when place the order and it will be more convenient to keep the credit if there is something out of stock.

Just received my order item not same as per description on order

The car charger had indicated that it has a Bluetooth but unfortunately it doesn’t have it 😥😥

The bag has arrived missing the shoulder strap and I expect it to be delivered immediately please this is meant to be going overseas!!!!

I can’t clear my cart because I have to call the store to do it on, now I have a lot of things awaiting payment. Can’t just cancel them. Orders requiring delivery are always delayed by two to four weeks to be delivered.

Makro has terrible customer care I phoned and they didn’t help me I waited on hold to see when my order was going to be delivered just to have the phone put down on me . They delivered one week past the latest delivery date on the app

Have not been able to purchase anything on app or online. Keeps stating system unavailable. You can add items to cart, but when you open cart on app it is empty and when you open cart online system is unavailable.

Online Orders Returns don’t work. I had 2 returns for online purchases and they took almost a month to be resolved. Don’t use online buying as it’s impossible to resolve returns and refunds.
