Too many calls and messages to confirm pick up or drop off time I already marked on the app. Makes no sense using it and paying extra than usual to have all these calls! So annoying I wanted to use an app for a reason! Deleted it!

They were good at the beginning but about two months ago, they ruined items sent for dry cleaning and came back torn and I complained several times to the customer service representative who assured that they will get back to me and they never did for more than two months. Avoid this app at all costs. Unprofessional customer service.

The worst application ever , if they return back your garment they will ruin it. They ruined my blazers and I couldn’t fix them till now. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

بيخدوا الهدوم و ميرجعوهاش . تي شيرت جديد بالتيكيت اتاخد للتنضيف و مرجعش لمده ٣ أسابيع و بعد دوخه قالك تالف و حنديلك تمنه الله هو ١٦٠ جنيه ( تمنً١٠ أضعف الخدمه) و ليس تمن التي شيرت اللي تمنه ٥٠٠٠ جنيه . و لما اعترضت قالي اقري سياسه الشركه اللي انتي وفقتي عليها لما استخدمتي الابليكيشن

I have ordered to get the laundry delivered y a specific time and they didn’t deliver and i was on a hurry and i had an event and the ignoring all the messages UNPROFESSIONAL

انصحك بعدم تنزيل التطبيق قطعوا تيشيرت ليا و قالو ما نعرفش عنة حاجة وبعدين في اوردر اخر اتاخر الاوردر كذا يوم و مابيردوش علي التليفونات و مفيش خدمة عملا نهاءي ماحدش بيرد علي التليفونات خالص

Very bad customer care and the app is full of bugs. Will delete it
