It doesn’t load nor work anymore, I deleted it and downloaded it back again I waited a whole day and it stills does not work.

Recently I wanted to get back into the app. However, every time I open it, it says “Network Error,” despite my wifi/data connection working. I have tried deleting/redownloading the app, but nothing seems to work. I’ve seen multiple other reviews stating the same problem. However, nothing seems to have been fixed yet. I’m hoping this will encourage the developers to please patch it! I have a subscription but I will probably cancel if this isn’t resolved (though I don’t want to- the app is great when it works!) :(

Right after i paid my subscription 2 days later it stopped working its been months still not working

The app works perfectly when it's actually working but there will be periods (like weeks/months) where when I open the app, it'll just say there's a network connectivity issue despite my Wi-Fi and everything working well. Hope they can fix this issue or I'm going to cancel my subscription.

I used this app on a daily, it was amazing with so many selections but all of the sudden it stopped working. I made a year using this app so I’m sad it basically shut down on me.

This is overall a amazing app the downside is that it is not loading for me which is very unfortunate

I use to love this app worked for the whole of last year but as soon as the new year came around I wasn’t able to access the app also even after I was able to access it I think at the end of February they weren’t updating the content much at all and now it’s again not able to be accessed if this doesn’t get fixed I hope everyone will report this app for taking the money we spent on subscription for a refund or something if this was due to the subscription not costing enough I wouldn’t mind paying more because as I said I used and loved it all of last year

this app doesn’t work and i want my money back. hasn’t been able to open for at least 6 months.
