Mantis is a great vintage sounding BBD with all the the charm and quirks of the original unit. It has a very warm and personal sound. And it even goes beyond its original capabilities, as there is an option to sync Mantis with your host. AudioThing is always very meticulous in reproducing details to make it sound as close to the original device as possible, like a noise dial to tweak some hiss and buzz into the delay line making it sound like yesterday’s technology.
