Yes, it works, kinda, but altering shutter and ISO may give you the preview you want, but what it saves to the gallery is not what you expect. For example, if you're saving JPG+RAW, you set the photo so it looks good in the preview. Then the JPG may look like a 16 colour gif with washed out highlights, and the RAW (DNG) is different again, with Lightroom unable to rescue highlights or shadows. And there's no auto mode! So if you want the phone to expose for you to save time, no chance. It's just too unpredictable to be used.
