Developers doesnt care about what the players feedback, they just find reasons to justify their doings. Doesnt fix bug immediately but letting the bugs occur for weeks then fix it. Took them 14 months to fix a frame bug and they keep finding reasons that their game is perfect when players reported their bugs.
Stop merging your server. You are killing the game. You devs should read all the review here instead of giving auto reply asking us to contact your CM on FB. Your CM dont know anything.
Cancelling weekly events to merge the timeline with other servers multiple times. Events ranking are only for whales, with even more whales after the merge. Lifeless game for free to play players
I have been playing this game since release to date of comment , so I definitely have the experience to rate this game. For all potential users whom are looking at this game and contemplating whether if you would want to give this game a go , the short answer is to STAY CLEAR , DO NOT waste your time on this game. This game’s CMs and Devs simply DO NOT LISTEN to their ACTIVE PLAYER BASE , suggestions are gone on deaf ears and bugs takes millennium to fix if not totally ignored. Their Official Discord is totally ghosted with simply no management or whatsoever , there is total ZERO ENGAGEMENT despite setting it up. All the in game changes made in all these recent months are simply stabbing their F2P and Semi P2W players. Instead of listening to the feedback that their ACTIVE PLAYERS suggesting , they simply go on Server Merges AS IF IT WOULD MAKE ANYTHING BETTER. For F2Ps Your time will not be rewarded neither will it be appreciated , for Semi P2W do yourself a favour and your money , they can be spent on games elsewhere just not on this game where the CMs and Devs are god tier trash, this is coming from me as a P2W Player. To the CMs and Devs of this game : this game of yours deserves to fail and shutdown if you continue this kind of management , if you ever intend to reply to this review with a robotic template message , don’t bother , if you actually want to do something , START ACTUALLY LISTENING TO YOUR ACTIVE PLAYERS , THEY ARE LITERALLY FREE EMPLOYEES HELPING YOU KEEP GOING. Every Game and company needs to earn money , it’s a no brainer , everybody knows this at the back of their heads , if you want us to spend , GIVE US A GOOD REASON TO SPEND AND SUPPORT YOU. Note : If there is ever a ZERO STAR RATING , I would give that to you now in a heartbeat.
This update makes me gonna quit cuz of thos timers its not fun playing daily quest with timer
Contact CS and was told to top up for a refund i did not make in order to get unbanned. Very disappointed in the way they handled such situation. Did they even check what was refund so customer can verify against their own invoice and bank statements? Supporting them for one year and this is what they treated their customer
I was charge twice for the same item , requested a refund and got banned . Stupid game.
There is bug on the munglung training license. Already purchased the license. Suddenly it reset. Cant claim the reward. Feedback many time. The developers not doing anything. Cant refund. They dont care at all for people who are paying for this game.

Made an accidental purchase, requested for a refund and i was banned. I tried emailing customer service since Nov last year until now still no reply
