Tap on order now when selecting a store (which should have been saved from my previous order) nothing happens

The coupons on the app AND on the website don’t work. You can click, a spinner will appear and then disappear. Employees can’t do anything to help you out themselves on their end either. So it’s just useless. The app also doesn’t show current deals. So why even bother? Useless. Saved up $10 reward? Too bad: Tried to use this one on an online order. Started spinning when adding to order. Kept spinning. Refreshed, since I thought it was stuck. Reward gone. Didn’t add to order. Marco’s please compare the rating on your app with your competitors. They’re all 4/5 stars, yours is not even close! Please fix!

Can sign in and place an order, sure. When I go to track the order though? Says my order is not connected to this account and to sign in, even though the order shows in my history? Been going on for months. Crazy

Almost every time (really every time I can think in recent memory) I try to place an order through this app, it just gives me an error, and I end up having to call the store anyway. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work? It’s incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. Definitely needs major improvements.

The app itself is completely functional. That said, it could benefit from things like account based sign ons and Apple Pay support.

This has to be one of the worst apps ever. Seems the team that wrote it has never used an app before. I’ve actually abandoned many orders and went elsewhere due to frustration.

Congratulations Marcos!!! Your app is as subpar as your greasy food, just worse! Congrats on a true last place victory on the worst app from every food place on earth! Truly an honor! Keep up the terrible work!

This app works well on Andriod so I’m not sure why it won’t work on my iPad. When I try to start an order, it takes me to the map to select the location, I select the location, but it won’t go any further. It would be great to get this fixed!!

It freezes all the time and I have to keep closing it and opening back up. When placing the order it kept freezing. Then it keep asking me to sign in if I want to track my order. I sign in, it takes me to my order, then I tap “Track order” then it asks me to sign in again. I just signed in 5 times and it will not allow me to track my order. And this is not the first time it has done this. I’ve gotten to the point of ordering from somewhere else because this app is extremely frustrating. Y'all are going to lose customers because of this terrible app.

This app used to be decent. Now it’s full of bugs. Can’t place an order, can’t track orders, constantly logged out. Do better.
