Terrible experience As a registered customer it doesn’t recognize me while buying theatre tickets. While reregistering you need mail OTP but when you switch to look at that app mbs app goes to black and not responsive anymore. Buttons in tabbar are behaving inconsistently.

Restarted phone and app multiple times. Can’t long in anymore. Can’t redeem parking when needed. Disappointing.

Need to update every few weeks! Crap!

Would be good that every purchase auto sign us up for whatever lucky draw MBS having, instead of having to remember to do it on our own at the game kiosk and MBS is so big the place and had to go find the kiosk to just enter for the game. And shoppers to go down personally to see whether they are the lucky winner? I usually only shop and go, and all the while I am a member I never bother to join the lucky draw, troublesome. Only yesterday when I spent $300 I was told to go concierge to redeem immed $20 voucher into my app for future use this is confirmed instead of playing lucky draw and had to go down personally and see whether you win.

Stop with the mandatory updates if you don’t test. Not receiving sms OTP after updating

worst app ever - it clearly has all the points required to do parking redemption but sets up unnecessary roadblocks like needing to collect a physical card before using (for what?! even)
