Great content, bad download function

I’ve been doing ML exercises since about 2012 and the app really refines the workouts I’ve known from the books. Easy to start as an absolute beginner until challenging for advanced users. Tutorials, pace, challenge, focus on not just strength but also balance and mobility are very nice. I appreciate that for what a lot of thought has gone into the workouts and they are continually improved. Great! On a usability side however, the download function is really a hit or miss. Oftentimes it simply doesn’t work and taking it from the other comments I’m definitely not the only one. Hopefully this is fixed soon, then I’d gladly give 5 stars.

Not your usual sit up or squats video. An app that will get you out of your comfort zone. I love it 🌸☺️

App difficult at the beginning but great exercises

First I would like to mention that I really like the exercises. Normally I used Freeletics (also great) but after a year I wanted to try something new. It was hard to understand that I needed to download the pdf file with te daily schedule (I am doing the 90 days challenge right now). You have to find the right exercise in a pdf file and than find that one in the app. It should be a lot easier if the app automatically tells you what to do after selecting a program. That should be a great improvement to work on. So you just have to select the next workout for that day. Once I figured this out, I started. I like the way how it is presented. You select the right workout, a video is playing and you just follow the leads and exercises. Very easy and motivating. Besides that, great and new (for me) exercises to do. Like with all other apps, I sometimes need to do some extra workout in the gym for some specific muscles (chest, arms). But that is just the way I like it because otherwise I don’t feel I have done enough. Overall, it is not the most easy and sophisticated app but once you find out how it works, the workout and programs are great. I think a great app to get/stay in a good shape and get/stay healthy!

Ich habe mir die App auf Empfehlung geholt, mir ein Konto erstellt, ein Abo abgeschlossen und nun stürzt die App immer beim starten ab und ich komme nicht rein. Ich konnte noch keine Übungen über die App machen…

Nach Update wiederholt einloggen nicht möglich

Nach dem Update ist woedereinmal das Login nicht möglich,, das Problem trat nun wiederholt auf und leider reagiert der Anbierer auf keine Email Anfrage. Schade, bis dahin habe ich die App gerne genutzt, werde jedoch kein Abo mehr buchen, wenn man sich nach 6 Monaten wiederholt nicht einloggen kann.

Ich hatte vor zehn Jahren mit den Büchern angefangen mir der ersten App kombiniert trainiert. Da ich immer anfällig für Rückenschmerzen war und 10-15 kg zuviel auf der Waage hatte, dachte ich um mir den Weg ins Fitness Studio zu sparen trainiere ich zuhause. Die Veränderung meines Körpers war herausragend und die Ergebnisse physisch wie psychisch spürbar. Man merkt bei Mark Lauren dass das Herz dahinter steckt und die Hoffnung, Gesundheit und Fitness in den modernen Körper zu bringen. Das App ersetzt ein Fitness Abo zu mehr als 100%. Das Training ist schonend da auf Gewichte verzichtet wird und es ist für jedes Level was dabei. Manchmal vermisse ich das eintragen der Wiederholungen bei dem Training um den Fortschritt zu tracken, so wie es bei den alten App möglich war. Auch wäre ein Hardcore Programm hin zu Einarmigen Liegestützen und Pistols cool. Auch wenn die Schwierigkeit schon sehr hoch ist und ich noch nicht am Ende der Leiter angekommen bin😅😅. Fazit: Das App und auch die Bücher über Ernährung begeistern, bringen Stabilität und Muskeln in dein Körper und machen dich mental stark wie ein Baum!!!
