The app is extremely hard to navigate I’ve been set multiple training courses for tomorrow, which has forced me into downloading the app. I cannot see where to complete them anywhere it’s taken me so long I am now reviewing the app to complain.

Every time I press onto the app and it signs me in and then just closes itself? I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it’s still doing the same so I have to just use the website which is annoying but it’ll have to do for now - maybe the company should check the app out themselves and sort the issues out

Doesn’t work properly on iPhone

Can’t log in, can’t get through to customer service, wait lines on the phone over half an hour.
