Can’t up my balance with Ziraat bank Turkish card

Куча недоработок. Нельзя оставить запрос и сообщение о проблеме, надо обязательно только звонить. Если на счёту закончатся деньги, то вы не сможете завершить поездку и пополнить счёт, надо настраивать автоплатёж или звонить в поддержу. Отвечают очень долго. Отвратительное приложение

I wish I could use it but the KYC process can't validate any of the documents I submit over a year now.

1. My husband and I wanted to rent a moped. Reserved and started a ride, but there was only 1 helmet in the set. Why? there is place for 2 people and the instruction shows 2 helmets. We thought maybe someone stole a second helmet, and try one more moped. But no, this wasn’t a mistake, it is everywhere only one helmet is provided😤 2. Another day we rode a bike. We couldn’t finish a ride because of problem with card (but it was verified). You must call to support to resolve this problem. What is hell?? every app has chat with support. I had to make a roaming call and wait 7 minutes for someone to answer me. In the middle of conversation operator hung up???? I had to make another call and wait another 5 minutes. I lost a lot of money because your app problem! Never again. Deleted the app. Worst service.

Can’t end the ride because of “card probkem”. Add two different card with the same result. Lost my money. Support doesn't answer at all. Trash service, never use it.

This app requires notifications permissions in order to ride scooters. But when I enable them, they start spamming with a lot of promo notifications and there’s no option in app to disable it. Is this behaviour allowed by App Store rules?

This looks like a joke. I've been waiting for verification for 20 minutes and nothing happens. I would have walked faster. There is no way to write to support, just call. This is so ridiculous.

Пытался взять в аренду мопед, все. подключил, закинул деньги на баланс а не один из мопедов не едет, специально спустя сутки посмотрел оба мопеда на месте стоят, служба поддержки мертвая, не отвечают. Самокаты можно брать, но места по которым на них можно ездить сильно ограничены. Не советую

After 30 minutes of riding on moped in Antalya the app declined the payment and I was struggling to finish it almost for an hour. Not only I wasted my time due to the error on the service side (I tried 4 different international cards including Turkish which all worked perfectly fine with other services and with Marti all time before) until I managed to call to support (luckily the speak English), but also have an extra debt of 700 try. So instead of saving the time on road, I wasted much much more. Avoid using the app if you're in hurry or if you value your time. I'll change the mark when they reset the debt and fix the payment issue - the app must let finish the ride in any case to avoid loosing money, or charge in advance
