So my 5yo cousin recommended this game and I enjoyed it, it was pretty good amazing graphics but when I got a 4 star hero the rocket Racoon and other 3 star heroes along with my progress being major,it suddenly restart my game,I closed the game and opened it again and it was loading til it said make a kabam account to save my progress,so I made a kabam account and guess what,all my stuff was gone my heroes my crystals my progress so please fix this issue because if this happens to my 5yo cousin(he has a 6 star Deadpool) he will cry since he has so many strong heroes like 4 and 6 stars.please fix this issue as it makes the game unplayable.
