Summary: This game requires a wide roster but offers no actionable ways for new players to catch up. Sadly the developers are not listening to player feedback and are unwilling to make the necessary improvements. If you are looking for something to scratch that Marvel itch there are better alternatives out there. Negative: 1) Absolutely horrible quality control, with new bugs each day for over a year now; 2) To be competitive in the game requires a lot of screen time and an almost mandatory login every 2 hours 3) No catchup mechanics for new players meaning you will not be playing with your friends; 4) New gear and character levels are added regularly, however, the availability of resources is not updated leading to multiple bottlenecks to stifling progression; 5) If you want to buy (eur/usd) new characters, then the prices are extremely high; 6) Most meta changing characters take a long time to be farmable in-game, making it almost necessary to buy the expensive offers; 7) The game has a “red star” progression system that is completely RNG based, giving very little control to players and being extremely powerful at the same time. This means that even if you buy offers for a character, you could end up not having high enough red stars to make that character useful at a higher level; 8) Achievements and rewards for the game have not been updated in years, making them virtually useless. E.g. you receive 15 shards of a character for 2 years playing, but with regular play, you max out this character within a year. Positive: 1) Game based on Marvel franchise; 2) Excellent animations and all characters feel unique; 3) Large collection of heroes; 4) Prices (eur/usd) in-game are extremely high meaning that moderate spending will not give you an advantage compared to free-to-play players

If u are ready to spend then this is the game for you. Its hard to advance if u dont pay and if i say pay then it means hundreds of dollars/euros per months but it aint even getting u far cause you just cant keep up.

It’s an excellent game but often force closes, so my rating isn’t that high. Sometimes it force closes in missions but especially in the timed ones. Please fix this problem!

It is amazing what a Bad company can do to such an amazing product. The company Scopely is a greedy, and foolish company that cares more about profit than gameplay. Since the Saudi investment into the company, this predatory practice has gotten worse. “Free-To-Play”…forget about doing anything other than waste your time. And if you pay, expect there to be a “new update” that changes your favorite toons stats to become worthless. Long time players are abandoning this game with good reason. Save yourself, don’t start. Screw You Scopely!!!

Best game with no ads and fun!!!!

The Overpowered mechanic ruined this game. If anyone thinking about starting the game, good luck competing. Unless you are spending a ton of money you won’t stand a chance. I spent maybe $20 a month so its not like I was free to play and Overpowered still made it to where there’s very little to no strategy. Just is your team more overpowered levels than the other team? If so then you win. If not then you lose. I’ll return if they roll it back and take away overpowered.

It is the best marvel game I ever played I like that you can upgrade your team
