Doesn’t even connect to my led lights and i tried everything goes to someone else’s lights do a different app not worth your time!!!!

The app works if you are patient and are close enough to the lights. If you walk away into another room and come back you will lose connection to the lights. Then you will need to wait for them to connect again. I ran into a few app crashes and every time I try to connect to the google home application, I receive message “something went wrong, try again later.” If there is a resolution here, let me know. I’ve failed to find a resolution anywhere online.

I purchased LED lights off Amazon and installed them into my room, downloading the app. It works amazingly (the light features) but I’m not sure about the music or microphone. It’s Bluetooth, and connects easily. Once you walk away from your lights, the app doesn’t work. I haven’t had these for a full 24 hours but they work amazingly so far!

90% of the time i load up the app it doesn't even recognize the lights are there. it says "no device connected, please add device first". the light can be literally turned on and the app won't connect to it most of the time. when i go to add a device it isn't there.

I really had trouble connecting and it didn’t they were not turning on at all I give this 1 star it had an app and all and was cool at first but then all of a sudden it just stopped working I was super frustrated and disappointed because it wasn’t working.

It's terrible at connecting to the lights. The light bulbs will show up on my device list on the app eventually but when I tap on them it acts as if its connected but when you hit the power button on the app it doesnt turn on or off. This app is very buggy and I would be greatly appreciative if you can fix it so i can operate the bluetooth bulbs I just bought on Amazon. Thank you. I am running IOS 17.5

This app works fine to control your LED lights. Never had any issues.

The thing is when getting the app I pressed not allow Bluetooth and now their is no way to fix it and I'm sad

I only give one star I’m not a Karen or anything but it wont connect to my lights and ever since I got the app it never really worked but it does for my sister and my mom and I don’t understand and it gets on my nerves
