Great Food Terrible App
If there is a problem with your delivery order, which there OFTEN is. You have no way to update a tip, cancel the order, not even contact the store you ordered from. The email received when you place the order gives a phone number to contact with any issues, but then they will tell you to contact the store you ordered from. You ask whoever answers there to update a tip or cancel because the driver just took off with your order and went to his own house, and you’re met with confusion (yea, me too!) and inability to fix. Then wait 5 days to hope you see the charge refunded. Overall, Masala Wok has 10 out of 10 for food, 2 out of 10 for delivery order app.
