Mashreq gives extra ordinary service

When I click on the cardless it’s not showing options

Everytime i try to login Mashreq neo app it gives me this error—- (This could be due to the reasons out of our control or yours).. Since last 10 days i was trying but no luck… this app is totally useless

Please solve the issue. After latest update, your app is taking a lot of time in loading bill payments option. I think u guys have not removed the bugs, you guys have created the bugs this time. As there was no issues before that. Please must check the app by yourself before publishing it here. There was one another problem in previous update, don't know if its still there. It was when u send money to someone already in contact, it ask again n again address details for the same. How many times u send money it ask same details every time. Kindly solve these issues.

I am struggling with your poor services since last one year, poor communication and no regards to your customers. It's a time waste when ever i try to communicate with any of the Mashreq team as no one is able to help with anything unprofessional agents. I have my ongoing complaint Request REF-17376282-K6R7D5 is under process and the waiting time is upto 4 Days, why ? What is that even mean i had simple query on why i have extra amount on my installment and i have to wait 4 days for answers ? I'll close my account soon with Mashreq and recommend no one to join this bank.
