Mashreq Trade UAE

Extremely slow and after 1 day use this app can't reopen. I closed the app fully many times then when I reopen then it hangs on the splash screen and a loading icon keeps showing in the bottom for many minutes. I tried with mobile internet and WiFi too. Such a shame for lazy developers.

App stuck on Enter the OTP sent to And no OTP is received. Although details are correct.

Good that mashreq updated their app to new version, I would like to see advanced chart version soon

Latest update wasn’t working well but thanks for mashreq team who communicates with me over phone to support. Now App is working perfectly. Thanks

A total disappointment …doesn’t work with iPhones… and technical team will take months to resolve a glitch in the system.. utter failure..

This app takes you back to 2005! I hated the trading experience because of how much this app keeps lagging and shutting down by itself. Need to be more reliable and more user-friendly. For starters why is there no face ID feature!

The application so basic and I wish you didn’t even update the old version better. The watching list can’t be edit easily. No analysis tools. Wondering how Mashreq Bank have this app ?????

Thanks for the new update. The user interface is becoming better. Please check the biometric verification process. Still can’t login with biometrics only. Normal login is working perfectly.Also the portfolio data is not showing fully.

I am surprised to see a market leading bank with innovative technological breakthrough in the banking sector having one of the worst app for securities trading. It’s so primitive in nature and with lots of glitches. If this app is the only gateway to trade on the stock market, then I’m sorry I made a mistake by opening this trading account. I would rather use another established stock brokerage company. Note to MashreqSecurities. Update and evolve your software otherwise you will lose all your trading accounts members.

Unable to sign up for securities account.. and this app is not even letting me log in or sign up.. totally waste
