Pathetic Service and Contact Centre
The application keeps crashing and the process of taking a credit card is hell frustrating. They issue you digital card without issuing a physical card and then u keep contacting the call centre which is good for nothing. I called them like 15 times back to back for 3 months. Still did not even received a single call back or resolution. Worst banking experience.

my credit card is not showing in application. because of this i cant see my transaction and usage. but i can use the card. so tell me i have to pay bill or not. if mashreq is seeing this messege please reply solve this issue.

App slowness and not working
Post recent upgrade of mobile and online banking , the app doesn’t loans properly and dashboard or menus are not displayed . It keeps running in the background to load the options but remains unsuccessful. Kindly check and do the required fixing.
