Mastercard Travel Pass

Tried the ‘forgot password’ multiple times and it doesn’t trigger an email (yes I checked my spam folder). There’s no way to get in touch for help besides contacting my bank.

Our bank was forced to move from Loungepass to dragonpass program. This program is terrible. Lack many options for lounges and there’s no food credit. Those Hudson cafe is always temporarily shut which leave many Australian domestic users with no options to choose from. Wouldn’t recommend this program to anyone.

Welcome to the 21st century - how about letting me paste values such as card number or password. Because that allows me to actually use secure values copied from my secure bank app (MFA to get card number) or password manager.

I Can’t register myself on this app and the is no customer service line to Australia. I have no idea how I will fix the issue before my trip.

I have use this APP two times in tow different airports it was very good ,nice, fast service Thank you

It’s working smoothly, I wish there are another features will be added but it’s an amazing application I love it.
