This app leaves much to be desired . One of my most wasteful and useless spends of 2024 . Save your time effort and money and don’t get this installed .

Worst GPS. Doesnt show that car is moving. It updates after 10-15 seconds. Delay and lagging in software. Sometimes it doesnt even track. After ignition it takes around 5-10 mins to show the location

Had purchased plan for 5 years. It stopped working after few months. I had to personally call them and make it work again. Happened a lot. Now not working from 2.5 years And when i ask now they tell me to take renewal plan inspite of my current plan still active till 2025 Jan. complete fraud and cheating. Would take this matter to consumer court for sure

The app is full of bugs, every-time you want to check the vehicle details and opens the app, it says something went wrong. You have to force close the app and restart it multiple time to make it work. The issue wasn’t there few years back but now there is issue, would suggest their development team to fix it asap.

Does not work properly when parked

Don’t rely on this company. They will shut down any time and will not take calls.

Very useful tracking service solution have been using it for my car. It is a part of our family.

This app has gone from bad to worse. Earlier the app kept crashing every now and then. After couple of updates, the app started working again and now when i open the app to see the vehicle timeline, it keeps showing the current time instead of the actual time when the vehicle was moving. Moreover you will not get any help when you need support and when the subscription is about to expire, they will keep sending SMS and payment requests to renew subscription. Totally pathetic!!!
