Game frozen
I am on level 541 and it is frozen. Even if I close the game and open again it it says 0 moves left and won’t do anything. I finished the level but then this happened and now can’t get out of the level

Not able to get bonuses
I like this game however the video freezes when trying to get bonus moves or gold etc. the video is the Royal Match game. Is this designed so you have to buy gems to continue on…. Not good. Please fix your videos so I can get bonuses. Really designed to take your money…..
Doesn’t work
Got to level 709 but won’t let me clear tiles. Cannot get off level.
Love game, suggestions
Have only recently found this game and I love it. So many different things to do and think about. Two suggestions: Right side of screen is getting very cluttered with optional games, could they go on a menu somewhere instead. When you can’t solve a puzzle and have to quit it would be good to see solution.
Magic adventure
I have enjoyed this game from the start but are there going to be anymore castles to build as I have built all that there are. I really hope so as it is a truly fantastic game.
Going Well until….
I’ve really enjoyed working my way through this game until level 252. I’ve cleared all the boards but still need to find a gem somewhere to finish… 🙁
One of the best games available
I absolutely love this game - plenty of interesting challenges that are great brain training - especially the pipes and paintbrush. Only problem came at the end of castle building - losing moves whilst trying to maintain the buildings became very frustrating. I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling to begin again. Maybe look at extending the game as a whole and adding ways to earn bonuses for Priscilla.
Too many adds
I am really enjoying this game, BUT I am over a the damn adds, every time I level up I have to watch an add, this is very frustrating. Please get rid of the level up adds, so I can continue my venture without interruptions. How can any one enjoy this game with all the adds, 😖 Thank-you for your response, can you please tell me where I can buy a package, because I have looked in the App Store and can’t find any, may-be I am looking in the wrong place. Please help Well I would purchase a package to get rid of the adds, WHERE are the packages, they’re certainly not where I can find them, most games I play I can purchase through settings BUT not this game 😖

Fun matching play & finding various objects to continue on. Unfortunately just about everything or progression is an Ad. Don’t mind watching for rewards however, for just standard progression, is annoying especially the long winded ones that FREEZE up & only way out is close the app(risk loosing progress!). Good game-BAD ads
Love game,but minor glitch
Edit May 31,24. Same issue has circled back. But now King Robert is getting revenge by cutting the sound in both the ad and the game. The Backgammon Friends ad cuts out the sound of the main game. When you click on the Done button the sound quits and doesn’t resume once the reward granted X is clicked to resume. Need to quit and restart game to get sound to resume. No other ad has done this. Am about level 464…so have watched a lot of ads.
