Hi, I bought the Mandarin Flash Card, Card Pack 1 - 4 on 25 Aug 2013 (Order # MHHZ61HGBL) I tried to download it now but I can't find it in App Store. Please help.

I bought the multiplication add-on and my Apple credit card was charged $2.99. It clearly shows on my Apple Card. But…. I never got it, and when I try to report a problem on the App Store, it states I have no purchases that are eligible for a refund!!! These add-ones are a SCAM. Do not buy them.

So I buy the forest bunny and it says successful and then i don’t get it. I want my money back!

I paid for extra coins and a package for my son and he never got anything yet they charged my card and Apple refuses to refund me!

I paid to unlock the multiplication level, it did not work. I,stupidly, tried to purchase the full version and had the same issue. The money was paid out to them, but I did not get the extra levels. I attempted to contact support and the link is dead in the app and the email is no longer valid. I’m beyond disappointed because my client really enjoyed this game.

I played this game 5 years ago but right now it does not let me turn left and right

Ah… I remember this… years ago in school… I was the best at it changed my life…😕😕

I bought 5 dollar thing for all characters but it charged my card 10 and did not give me a single character
