Welcome MatiPay APP!
App MatiPay is the payment system that enables you to purchase in a few simple steps from vending machines using your IPhone.
The app is compatible with all distributors where the MatiPay payment module is installed: where you see the MatiPay logo, MatiPay is there!
Do you want to buy from vending machines but don't have your wallet? Don't have coins but fancy a coffee or a snack?
MatiPay App is designed just for you!
How does it work?
- Download the app from the store
- Turn on Bluetooth
- Register or log in with Apple ID
- Connect to the vending machine by approaching your iPhone
- Top up your virtual wallet with coins and / or credit card or PayPal
- Start buying directly from the MatiPay app with your IPhone!
With the MatiPay app you can:
- receive discounts and exclusive promotions
- book your break (available upon activation)
- collect points with the loyalty program (available upon activation)
- send credit to your friends
- keep track of the products you buy
- associate NFC gadgets to buy even in places where the phone is not allowed (available upon activation)
- report malfunctions of the distributor
- report out of stock products
How can I top up my virtual purse with coins?
To recharge with coins: connect to the vending machine by bringing the phone close to the MatiPay payment module and wait a few seconds: the orange LED will light up.
Is the led orange? You are connected! Insert the coins into the coin mechanism and the credit will be updated in real time!
Select the product you want to buy!
How can I top up my virtual wallet with a credit card?
To recharge by credit card: click on the "Recharge" button on the Homepage and enter the data from your credit card.
At the end of the recharge procedure, connect to the distributor and select the product you want to buy!

Concesse tutte le autorizzazioni. Non trova il device per il primo collegamento. Quindi niente possibilità di ricarica. Niente servizio

Non funziona in tutte le macchinette se vogliamo usare l’app e soldi che già ce l’h abbiamo in posti diversi è un incubo
App pessima
App inutile che fa perdere tempo: si collega ai distributori dopo INNUMEREVOLI tentativi, aprendoti invece sempre ad ogni tentativo il wallet delle carte… ma per fare cosa? Nulla visto che l’app non prevede la ricarica tramite carta dí credito, Apple pay o pay pal. Ma se devo avere il contante per ricaricarla, non si connette mai ai distributori cosa devo tenerla a fare? Ovviamente questo discorso vale anche per tutti i misti colleghi, non è un problema solo mio
Connessione con alcune macchinette non funzionante
La connessione con alcune macchinette non funziona ed è molto frustrante. Con altre invece va. Modello di business veramente sconveniente per gli utenti: sarebbe molto meglio che le macchinette accettino direttamente la carta di credito invece di dover funzionare con un app che a volte non va e un wallet digitale (che ha il minimo di ricarica di 5 euro da carta). Per fortuna è adottata da poche macchinette, speriamo spariscano tutte.
Solo ricarica con carta
Pazzesco che non si possa ricaricare con Paypal o con Satispay ma solo con carta
App poco pratica
Procedimento troppo lungo per avviare il tutto quando vuoi solo prenderti un caffè Sei costretta a caricare almeno 5€ altrimenti non puoi utilizzare l’app Non puoi usare paypal per ricaricare Troppi vincoli per un caffè
