This new app doesn’t activate Geoloc at all. It’ll show it’s on but works when it wants , rendering the whole point of safety useless

App not updating location

Frequently the app does update the vehicle tracking system and when the live tracking resumes the information during offline is lost for ever and cannot be retrieved…
Inaccurate
Got the trackers installed a week ago, it still shows I am at work. Which is more than 2km’s away. This is very concerning because the location is far off. Already not impressed

Poor Matrix
Apparently they had said the new app is better but unfortunately it’s sooo terrible, when you view the location of your car it’s sooo delayed by a good 30 minutes. Actually I’m so frustrated with Matrix I want to cancel, on my app it shows my unit is down I called the customer service and received poor customer service very unprofessional

Experiencing an issue with the app showing an incorrect or outdated location for my car. Even though i deleted and re-downloaded the app, the issue persists. That's frustrating.

This app doesn’t show exactly where the car is, it’s very difficult to see where exactly my car is and takes time to update location

Well I am sending this email with a broken heart, the current version I can not be able to see two or more cars at once! Please rectify this
