Снимаю с момента как появилась поддержка камер360. (С начала 2019года) Раньше использовал SE, сейчас SE2. Полёт нормальный, все круто!
нет резкости
изображение получается размытым. нет четкости, камера не наводит резкость. ipad pro 12.9 2020
Не работает.
Очень нужное приложение. Не работает на IPhone 7. После второго снимка приложение завершает работу. Пожалуйста исправьте. И прошу добавить русский язык. P.S. После перезагрузки смартфона заработало.
Capture error
Hello, my name is Dmitry. I am a businessman in Russia. I own a Matterport Pro 2 camera now. After the latest updates I am not able to do a tour on the street, your program offers to make a point 360, which I am categorically not satisfied with. We used to do one of the objects on the street and we did everything, now the program does not allow it to be done. We paid for expensive equipment, pay monthly for a subscription, but you 're tying our hands now. At the moment my company has 4 projects of shooting country clubs, with a total cost of $30,000. If we can 't shoot on the street anymore, like we did before. At the moment we can suffer a great deal because we cannot do a tour on the street, we signed a contract and for our customers it is very important to display the street on the tour. Please contact me with a manager or management rather than sending a link to FAQ or similar templates.
Great App. But…..
This is a great app. But why can’t you add a feature, where you can download other tours that are not your own? Since the MATTERPORT 3D SHOWCASE APP hasn’t been working in almost a week and has not been updated in 4 years, this would be a great feature to add. It would make a lot of users and clients happy.
Bugs… can’t even sign in
The app won’t even let me login so I can’t upload my scans. It’s not a password error or anything like that, you enter your info, hit sign in, and it just takes you right back to the sign in screen.
