Not user friendly interface on iphone. Can you guys make it a little bit easier to use. Since its last update i am not able to pay parking though it.

لا يوجد طريقة واضحة للدفع الالكترونى والجهاز لا يقبل الا العملات المعدنيه

تطبيق زفت و موظفين ازفت منهم مافيه و عدمة عملاء وصخه

تم الدفع مرتين متتاليه وخصم المبلغ ولم يخرجني من الموقف البرنامج كثير التعليق

التطبيق يعلق ثم تختار الموقف عدة مرات فتحسب كاملة يحب أن يكون فيه طريقة تصحيح أو استرداد مبالغ

يعني ازبل من كذا مافي بس فالحين تحطون شلتكم بشارع يكلبشون السيارات ويخالفون خلق الله ضبطوا تطبيقكم وبعدين ابدوا خالفوا

انا مشتري السيارم مالي كم شهر وجيت وقفت ودفعت فلوس الموقف وارجع واتفاج بوظع كلبشه على الكفر وادور المسول اقوله ليش مقفلين على السياره وانا دافع حق الوقت يقول في مخالفه على السياره قبل سنه طيب انا وش دخلني توني شاري السياره يقول ماعندنا الى برقم اللوحه تدفع نفكها لك واضريت ادفع غصب جاي من العمره وبالشموس الوضع مهزله

اسوء نظام شفته بحياتي مخالفه مو حقتي وخلوني ادفعها والحين ليا اكثر من شهرين اركض وراهم ولا اخذت حق ولا باطل

Mawgif Openly Scamming people without following any ligal regulations as described scenarios below: 1) Suddenly Mawgif personnel will Clamp your Car despite you take the Parking ticket, if asked he will say that your car has 4 parking fines from last 5 to 10 years, where the fact is the car owner bought his car only one year Ago, he will not De-clamp your car and will force you to pay any amount asper mood. 2) Mawgif personnel will clamp your car where it is not mentioned the paid parking signages, he will say that all area needs ticket, if you ask where is the ticket machine he will say i dont know. He will argue with you and force you to pay or seizes your car 3) if a car has not displayed parking ticket on dashboard, Calmping the car is okay, but despite you show the ticket with past time and same date and say him ticket fell down inside, he will not de-clamp your car, he will say i dont know you have to pay.. he will be rude with you and force you to pay the money.
