Not good!
On 1sr week runs good after it keeps on Saying that im traveling, i check on my device login my iphone log in HongKong but it at home here Philippines., this app had many movies good ones but they can’t resolve my issue, I’ve done contact with the special technical personnel but they don’t have any idea! Feature
I like the consolidation of content of hbo and discovery jts a win users. Also thou there is a price increase it is still reasonable. I hope you can bring more US feature like NBA. Also i really love the live TV feature you have with HBO Go before. Hope you can brung that back as majority of the users no longer have cable channels, we heavily rely on the streaming platforms
No sports add-on in the PH
No sports livestreams available… Why bother expanding to other regions if the features aren’t complete? Also, why ban VPN while limiting so much content? Waste of money. Just HBO Go in new skin and lesser shows.
Green screen on smart tv not loading on ipad
This app is soooooo frustrating. Im on the 2nd week of my subscription but til now i havent used it because the screen would just suddenly turn green after about 10 seconds. There is audio but your show would just be a green screen w small blocks. Netflix runs smoothly though. I have subscribed standard for a year and im still not able to use max on my smart tv and ipad.
Low volume chrome laptop
Super low volume when watching on laptop. Watching netflix is clear and has loud volume. With max, so low volume, you cannot hear the conversations clearly, wth honestly? My laptop is brand new. Acer nitro Vi-41
No playback speed
PLEASE HAVE AN OPTION WHERE WE CAN ADJUST THE PLAYBACK SPEED
Lag
Lagging 4K movies on 4K capable LG TV. I already have it wired with 600mbps internet speed but still lagging if other devices are using the same internet connection. This would defeat the purpose of having an ultimate plan if you can't watch it on 4K TV.
Buttons
It’s good to watch here many options but there is no button for “next episode” when watching an episode. So i need to press the x mark and scroll again to go to the next episode which takes a lot of steps
