Can't book an appointment.

After successfully topping up my Maxihealth+, I tried to transfer the balance to my bank account but rendered timeout error. After the error my balance is deducted. I have to wait for a few hours to have the balance returned but it keeps erroring out every time I transfer to my bank account. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING SINCE THEY DON’T ISSUE THE PHYSICAL CARD ANYMORE AND I AM STUCK WITH THIS APP!

Cannot log in. System exception. I dont know what to do anymore

This is a very USELESS app. This App does not serve ang purpose AT ALL. It doesn't allow you to file an LOA for consultation, lab tests, view lab results, basically all the functions that a patient needs. You might as well go directly to the web page to do those things. The teleconsult button just brings you to another app which is just pointless. From the looks of it, the main purpose of this app is to promote the other maxicare products.

I’d rate it a zero if I can. The wallet function doesn’t work right. Equicom Bank whom Maxicare partnered is worthless.

I can’t even register my account there’s always a message that says “Something went wrong” and you don’t even know what it is. Quite useless tbh.

My data is not even loading - how can you release this trash app when it’s not working? you should change your devs and QA for not doing their jobs properly

I cant login. I’m getting a 503 error code somebody help me please

Error 503. Saying my network is slow or something, but this is the only app, I can't access.
