seriously?! showing 5g and 3layers but can't even open this apps by the network yourself!

I went out alone, and just as my data ran out, I knew it would renew at midnight, which was in 20 minutes. So, I waited for it to renew so I could take a ride home. But after waiting for half an hour, it still hadn't renewed! What kind of lousy service is this? It was supposed to renew after midnight; the renewal date had already passed, yet it didn't renew at all. This is completely untrustworthy and really bad service. Such a big company, what are they even doing? I've been using Maxis for so many years, and I'm really disappointed with their service. I also use their Wi-Fi service, which is even more laughable; their Wi-Fi is extremely poor, and the connection is terrible. I don't even know what to say anymore. It's time to switch telecom providers.

now i only know maxis signal good at kl only others places like kulai jb and others places the signal sometime will be E or 4 bar drop to 2 bar and the signal star to week i taught when i used digi switch to maxis i really happy after i used for a month i realise that maxis internet is really bad pls service your telco can or not we need a really good 4G signal.

My wifi broke down but the services are so slow it took days for them to notice. I had to report to them multiple times. Please improve your services maxis. Seriously.

I cannot click apply button in Value Added Service, to change from RM10 to Rm5. Maxis so smart to earn free RM10 on this -_- what a scam

I bought a 300mbps router plan from maxis and was working fine for the first month. After that the internet speed begin to drop drastically from 300mbps to 1.1mbps!!!! ?????? Complained a millions of times already and they promise to send their team to fix the problem. They promise they will come and fix and gave me a date. I WAITED THE WHOLE DAY AND THEY DID NOT COME. Trash wifi speed trash customer service scammer and disgrace of internet supplier. Always though Maxis was good looking and the price (double the price of other company) yet they provide trash service like this!!!!!??? Those who read this commend DON’T BUY MAXIS UNTIL THEY FIX THIER PROBLEM. 300mbps to 1.1mbps????? What the heck man where all the money go??????? And this thing happens EVERYDAY !!!!!!!
