Very poor service
I have been using Max wallet for the last 2 years to transfer money to India . Nevertheless to say that it was proposed by BBK to use their Maxwallet service. Of Late i have a terrible experience while transferring money to India through max wallet . I transferred Money on 1st of June to my HDFC account in India. As per my previous experience , it ideally takes 2-3 seconds to get the amount credited to my account in India . However this time the amount was though debited from BBK account but was not credited to my Indian account even after hours of transaction which was really strange. I contacted the BBK customer care on 17207777 on 1st of June and i was told that at times it takes time . I then again contacted on 2nd June , then i was told that though the amount was debited but it was on hold and today it will be credited in the Indian account. Two more days passed by and when i contacted today i.e 5th june morning , i was told that there was technical glitch and the transaction is rejected and the money will now be credited back to my BBK account. The money has not been credited back to BBK and now customer care is saying we donot know when will it be credited back.It has been a very annoying experience . I am now worried about the money.
