Maxxia

App lists transactions, but has limited transactions appear. It doesn’t list the fortnightly payment directly from my pay. It only lists finance payments, fees and fuel. You can’t see what money is budgeted for rego, insurance or other costs. It’s not a great way to track your spending at all. I wish it was more transparent. Instead I have to call Maxxia to see if I’m going to have enough money budgeted for these things.

Why is there never enough in budget to pay for stuff??! Surely more than to pay lease fees?

Very easy to use whenever you want.

These clowns couldn’t run a 100 m race let alone a company. You can’t upload a file for a claim. Only take photos. Absolutely a joke but that’s Maxxia for you

No option to claim EV electricity use, no instructions about how to claim using the 4.2c/km method on the app or website. Ended up claiming as “fuel”, doing my own calculations for the claim amount, and uploading supporting evidence as if it was fuel receipts. Overworked staff got in touch a couple of weeks later asking for the missing fuel receipts and progressed my claim once I’d explained what I was trying to do but didn’t tell me how I should have claimed it.

Can’t go back over uploaded images easily, the app will only allow you to see the first uploaded image

A really crappy experience

Very easy to use app. Thanks Maxxia!

I have to delete account and restart every time, I’ve been through 4 different passwords now and two user ID numbers. 2 phone calls to Maxxia to fix it temporarily but then try and re enter app 15min after and it kicks you out again. Very frustrating, not worth a look.
