Doesn't allow playback at all!!!! Says it doesn't support this feature. Please sort asap

Apps stop working cannot see anything on app

Wonderful system had it installed 6years ago , however cameras suddenly stopped working ! Will have to get them Replaced if not able to be repaired

It’s always stopping and starting I’m continually waiting for catch up with the live video it’s been like this for months.

I have the cameras up but cannot access them on my iPhone 11 with iOS 17.5.1 but it works on my husband’s older iPhone. It was installed to make me feel safe at home alone.

Wonder if there’s any new update for this app - the last update apparently was 3 years ago. - has the developers suspended this app?! If that’s the case, is there a new app for viewing this CCTV please.

Very good peace of equipment and very reliable , works around the clock, excellent service . Use with mobile all the time.

Tried both manual and with QR reader but still no connection. Has never worked in 3 years which is totally disappointing as this feature was the main reason for purchasing.
