Problems/Feature suggestions:
- UI/UX is from 2005, but it's a common problem for the most european banks.
- When entering pin in application, digits are very small and difficult to be accurate but there are a lot of unused space above. Just make digits higher
- Please add login by Face ID.
- There is no push notifications about transactions.
- There is no sms notifications.
- Please add Apple Pay support.
- Add option to change pin in app.
- Add option to change pin in all Bankomats.
- After withdrawal in ATM, there is no any transaction log or notification about this in APP.
- By default in a list of cards Dina card, but I always need only Visa, should be able to change positions.
- I don't understand why can't show transactions log just immediately after them happened in app. Just show them in Processing status. Now have to wait 2-3 days to see transactions.
- Please add on-line chat-support with bank and let the same support team do unswering. Also may use iMessage for this, but it's next gen. In-app chat would be enough for now.
If you want to be a better bank, please review applications of TOP 3 russian banks: Sberbank, Alfa Bank, Tinkoff and try to just copy it.

Aplikacija je izasna. Koci, blokira, gasi se sama od sebe, ne mozes da imas uvid u stanje, ne pamti sablone, ne daje objasnjenje zasto nesto ne radi. Uzas. 0/10

Kada se zanemari konstantno bagovanje, predugo učitavanje i ostale problemčiće, sama logika uplata i upućivanje korisnika da bilo šta uradi je užasno, samo korisničko iskustvo je 0, da može da se oceni sa -1 verujem da bi ta ocena bila.

da bar po neki put mogu da udjem u aplikaciju, rekao bih vam iskustva, ovako sam u otišao u rajfajzen i aplikacija nikad stabilnija, pa ko vas plaća za održavanje? Ako ne može banka da da bar neku paru developerima za pravu aplikaciju, izem ti ja banku…
Pregled transakcija
Ne mogu da vidim transakcije, vide se samo od prethodnih nekoliko dana. Trebalo bi sto pre da popravite ovaj bug. Morala sam da idem u banku da mi izlistavaju a to bas i nema smisla pored aplikacije

Sveukupno los dizajn, ali posebno se istice skoro pa neupotrebljiv donji deo keypad-a za unosenje pina pri logovanju zbog home bar-a, jer ovaj deo ipak ne moze da se zaobidje.
