-Try's to "reconnect" every few seconds regardless of connection strength, deleting everything you're doing in the process. Why would the system delete your message when it's working on connection. Lowest budget messaging software in the world doesn't do that -Try to see who's on call: no luck, need to type every letter super slowly or it gives you a blank screen. Looking for "surgery" get to sur (lists the provider) get to surg.. nothing, blank screen. Get to surge.. lists providers again. - Crashes every minute or so, so type fast

Update 21/10/20 This app won’t even open after the latest iOS 14.1 update. The developers Have not updated this app in one year! This is a terrible, terrible app. This app continually fails to send proper notifications. It is confusing and cumbersome to use as a point of care communication tool. Needs a serious redesign if it’s to be practical and useable. No help feature to contact the developers to get assistance or notify them that the app is not working. Interior health Service Needs to delete this app and rebuild one that works for healthcare providers.

Health Authority insists on us using this App for paging/being on call. The App consistently fails to deliver messages or notifications. Highly unreliable. Wish there was an alternative!

Far from a usable app. Specially when talking about patient care.
