Impossible to set up. Cant find router it says when setting right next to it. Lowest rated protection on the market. Better off without it

The app cannot find my router, period. Stupid worthless app

Will not connect to my modem. Was following an Arris modem video published by Arris. It suggested using the app by this name.

This app doesn't work anymore and hasnt been updated/bug fixes in over a year. Initially I cpuld log in and manage devices, parental controls, etc. All of a sudden I can't log in to see or manage devices, even after several resets of the modem/ router. This app does not work!

The app doesn’t even work. They quit updating the app as OS upgrades occurred. I have a router advertising this app, but I can’t even connect to set up parental controls…

This app is TERRIBLE. It must have been written by monkeys. It doesn’t provide any meaningful options. For example, I cannot block specific URLs, only broad categories (which it doesn’t always classify correctly). It asks me to identify devices, but doesn’t provide MAC addresses, so identifying the devices is virtually impossible. It also seems to “remember” each devices IP address, which leads to numerous duplicate devices. Right now it thinks there are 158 devices on my network, with about 20 identified only as “Computer”. Seriously? This app is pathetic.

Doesn’t keep track of device after you hunt them down and rename them...doesn’t name them by the device nor tell you their MAC address so you have to use other methods of figuring out which iPad or iPhone you are seeing. I hate the router too...forcing me to use this app and locking me out of the parental controls obviously installed on the router but greyed out permanently. Don’t buy Arris and don’t get this app....useless

Does not allow more than two devices to connect to the router pls let at least 2 Connect

Now safari won’t work. Can only assume it’s due to this app. Even tried deleting and no good.

This doesn’t do anything for me that the Arris App doesn’t do. Parental Controls may work j suppose, but I don’t need them.
