MCB Juice

Thank you MCB for this App. I enjoy the New pay Bills option now that my electricity bill appears automatically on the App. I am waiting for my MyT bill to appear as well as my Emtel bill. Also, hoping that I can soon select to which account the “Tap to pay” option should point with my debit card. Hopefully soon.

This app is frustrating. One, it takes too long to load. Two, after waiting, most of the time there is the error - ‘Something went wrong’ We have to restart again a couple of times before getting into the account. This is a banking app. Error messages is not acceptable when dealing with money. Please get a professional app

I can’t open my App!

The app is usable but the user interface needs to be reworked. The scan to pay feature is hidden in submenus. You also cannot scan a QR from gallery unlike blink from Emtel. There is also a select merchant button that appears on the scan to pay which is confusing since scanning doesn’t require choosing a merchant.

Very complicated to make a payment. I never receive my OTP. Useless. Too many pins & passwords.
