I can log in into my account but can’t perform any activity, such as balance check. Why does it allow me to log in and says “invalid pin” when inside the app I try to perform an activity? Horrible, horrible, useless application.

You can not even check your mini statement neither balance inquiry. You need to sort out otherwise close it down.

It is a fine app but there's a flaw in it which is when we login and perform 1 or 2 operations after that the screen gets stuck on the top side and we are unable to sign out from the app. Than app has to be deleted from the open apps menu. Mcblite team you need to check it and remove the bug.

This app should be removed from App store, it has a worst user experience. Support team never resolve any issue. Seems like morons are running this bank, they don’t brother about anything. Look at your reviews rating below 2, what a BIG shame for the whole team who manages this App. I request iOS team to remove it immediately.

App is of no use if you got a problem your card is blocked or your limit exceeded these things should be available on the app instead of calling customers services and they have no clue what is going on highly disappointed

MCB Lite & MCB Banking App both are one the worst app of Pakistan. Never work on time, full of bugs. They should hire a better company not a family friend who develop this cheap app. SBP please took action.

This is the most pathetic app i have ever used and there application services also shows how there banking services will be pathetic.
