When i open it it loads for a second and then stops loading and says there’s an error. Would love to use my loyalty card and some offers. If this could be fixed ASAP that would be much appreciated!

It is not letting me ues the app and I don’t know why

Cannot seem to scan redeem points on app, the scan only works when purchasing. I have only encountered this problem, when only recently some adjustments were made on app format. Thanks McDonald’s Mt

Hace unos meses, en la app me apareció una especie de evento loyalty donde me ofrecieron premios bastante chulos. Al elegir uno se me colgó la app y lo perdí (al entrar de nuevo ya no me aparecía el evento) Después de llamar y que no me hicieran caso (como de costumbre), me tocó escribir al correo del soporte. Su respuesta (21 días más tarde) es que no se hacen responsables de los fallos de su app xdd. ¿Qué culpa tengo yo como consumidor de que su app no funcione? Ninguna. Desde hoy pierden un cliente.

La aplicación debería de estar disponible hasta iOS 15 porque, como usuaria no puedo descargármela y soy consumidora de McDonalds pero tengo un iOS 15 y esto me impide descargármela.

No deja acceder a la App. Ups, algo salió mal. Y es el único mensaje que sale. No puedo disfrutar de mis puntos.
