App keeps on crashing. Something needs to be done

So many down times, when you need it most be sure it won’t be working. Very useless I can’t wait to close down this account.

The WORST!!! And I mean it the WORST!!!!

The app is very slow and locks itself after several failed attempts of logging in despite using the correct credentials. Upon calling customer care they always refer you to visit the nearest branch. The staff in most cases do not resolve the problem but send away customers who are unsatisfied.

It takes a really long time for it to load and when you try keying in your username the app closes itself.Customer service from the team is also very poor.

After the update, i cannot send to mpesa. It just freezes. I am using in iOS

I have been waiting for 1day to see my dashboard after entering my username and password. I am still waiting.

There is improvement but still hace some issues, After updating I have lost access to one of my Savings account which is a bit of a concern, This updates even though they are helpful they seem to be breaking something else everytime…Not sure if there is any form of meaning for this reviews..

I downloaded the app, but it keeps bringing up an update error, saying that the version downloaded from the App Store isn’t the latest, and redirecting me back to the App Store to update.
