The worst “help” articles that I ever read.

App has been terrible for about a month now. Nothing responds when you press the options.

The camera on the doorbell stopped working and no one will help me. Going to purchase a different one from a different company.

App is not user friendly. Add or remove device option doesn’t work.

The Garage door will not stay on the app as one of my devices. It keeps disappearing. I can’t get anyone to help fix the problem either. The app also freezes a lot, and the sound quality to the doorbell camera is not very good. The delay when speaking to someone on the other end is too long .Good thing as a part of my new home they let you try the system for free for a year. However, in the beginning, I couldn’t get a technician that wanted to come out because I was looking only to try out the free applications and devices that were offered. Making a sale to the rep was more important than having me try the product first. Overall, this hasn’t been a no hassle easy system. It’s aggravating and has me thinking thank goodness I was able to try this company for free first.

I have seen inconsistent video availability as well as delayed notifications. I like the non-live features (opening a garage) and options to personalize.

This app is so slow with connecting to the live cameras at my house compared to others. Needs an update fast.

Not a great system

Cameras have been down for weeks. Tried everything the last technician showed me to avoid having them come out and have me waiting all day. Ready to stop service. Actually, I’ve been ready for a long time.
