MD Lottery-My Lottery Rewards

04/25/2023: I’d like to create payslips to scan at the machine but it doesn’t bring anything up. I’d also like to play 5 games and choose numbers and print those 5 games on one slip instead of 5 slips.

So why doesn’t your My Rewards app have Touch ID to login? Do yourself and your users a favor and use the Virginia Lottery’s app as your model for features and user friendliness!!

When I pull the app up now, there is nothing there, just a blank screen with only the heading. I can still scan tickets, but that’s it. Total garbage. It used to work, I used it to skim my lottery tickets, now it is completely useless.

Sometimes it scans my paper tickets sometimes it don’t. I have a whole bag full that I don’t know what to do with.

When you try to redeem your rewards it keeps asking you to login. I deleted the apps and logged back in, tryed on the internet and it’s keep saying unexpected error. You should not have to login again just to ship your order when you’re already logged on.

Can we please get an update on this app?!?! For the past month I have not been able to go to my rewards or my reward history to retrieve my coupons. The screen just continues to buffer and never takes me to the actual page where I can scan the coupons that I have won! This is frustrating because by the time this issue is fixed the coupons might be expired, completely unfair!

App keeps going blank after you scan a tix PLEASE FIX !!!

You only get to scan 1-2 tickets before it freezes. Delete the app re-upload it, it doesn't matter, it still freezes. No fun anymore!

Every time I try to scan for rewards, I put my information in, my password and I open the app and I get a blank screen. I have an iPhone and have done everything necessary to scan for rewards, to no avail. AIWAYS A BLANK SCREEN, very frustrating. I can scan to see if I have a winner, but not to get rewards. Very disappointed in the Lottery as it’s something we enjoy playing, however I feel we have been scammed when it come to getting rewards.

Keeps telling me to bring my tickets to a retailer but they aren’t winners. What’s the point of a scanner app if the scanner never works.
